Fantastic\' Arts

Fantastic' Arts is an international festival of the science fiction film which is held each year since 1994 with Gérardmer in the the Vosges towards the end of January. It is thus one of the most snow-covered festivals. It replaces the International festival of science fiction film of Avoriaz. Called Fantastica at its beginnings, the festival of science fiction film then became " Fantastic' arts" , thus stressing the side artistic, and not only fantastic, of the festival. Y are indeed present contests of drawings and fantastic news, prices for decorations of windows,… Each year some personalities is present to constitute the jury partly, but also to present their works, like Bernard Werber, which comes each year to the living room literature located on the Place from the Lime at the center town. The festival presents all kinds of projection: long and short films, night devoted to a film or an author, projection of vidéos,…

Notice

On the 2 books previously quoted, the price 2001 ( Templier ) crowned a book relatively close to the style of Serge Brussolo, whereas the price 2003 ( the 5^e reign ) crowned a book which pointed out the novel That of Stephen King.
