Falkirk
Falkirk ( Year Eaglais Bhreac in Scottish Gaelic) is a town of Scotland. Its population is estimated at 145.270 inhabitants.
Falkirk was the theater of two great battles:
- the first battles of Falkirk of the July 22nd 1298,
- the second battles of Falkirk of the January 17th 1746.
The city lodges two professional clubs of Football: Falkirk FC and East Stirlingshire FC.
Falkirk is twinned with Creteil (France).
