Falcon-of-Cairo is a common French, located in the department of the Alp-of-High-Provence and the area Provence-Alp-Coast of Azure.
Its inhabitants is called the Falconers.

Falcon of Cairo is the birthplace of MIDSUMMER'S DAY of MATHA, wire of a Spanish lord Euphème de Matha who accepted from Raymond Béranger the ground of Falcon, it made its studies in Marseilles. His Marthe mother following the example of, he visited the poor, the patients the prisoners. He founds with Saint Felix de Valois the Order of the Very Holy Trinity for the drafting of the Prisoners. He dies in Rome it December 1213. He is canonized in 1694. The votive festival is in August under the protection of St Barthelemy in theory Sunday before August 24th. Traditional race with fougasse. The church of Falcon of Cairo accommodated it there a few years, Oralies of High-Provence, Festival of the Tale.
