Fajita

A fajita is a Tex-Mex dish made up of a sheet of Tortilla folded filled of Viande (Bœuf, Porc or, generally, of the Poulet, even of the Crevette S) and of various crudenesses (salad, Tomate S, Oignon S,…), Sauce S (Guacamole,…) and Condiment S.
