Fadi Frem (born in 1954) is a Lebanese politician. He directed the militia of the Lebanese Forces between the September 13rd 1982 (indicated by Béchir Gemayel, ordering FL and President elected of the Republic, one day before its assassination) and the October 9th 1984.

He was one of the first members of the troop of elite of the FL, the Bejin then became vice-commander as a chief of this militia. During its mandate with the head of the FL, the Christians lost the war of the mountain and incurred heavy losses. The command of Frem vascilla then and its relation with the President of the Republic Amine Gemayel worsened, which pushed with its replacement by Fouad Abou Nader, at the time much nearer of the President.

Frem withdrew political life in 1984 and settled with the Canada.
