The Front of release of the Jura (FLJ) is a group of separatist fight Jurassic, within the framework of the Jurassic Question, in Suisse.
Constituted in 1962, the FLJ was particularly pointed out by the cases of arson of three franc-mountain farms, on the territories of the communes of the Genevez and of Lajoux. A few years earlier, these agricultural domains had been acquired by the Canton of Bern then resold with the Confédération. The military Département then planned initially to transform these grounds into place of exercise for armoured tanks then in a center for horses of the army.
In fact, FLJ comprised only one number very limited activists - certainly less than one ten people - but, in the context of the Jurassic Question, the latter profited from a very great sympathy and undoubtedly from protections near a big part of the population which fought then for the autonomy of the French-speaking part of the Canton of Bern.
In 1964, the FLJ is dismantled. The second FLJ, is very transitory, and he also, is dismantled in a few weeks, in 1965, after its appearance. Marcel Boillat, the main actor of FLJ was stopped and condemned by the Federal court in 1964. He escaped from prison and refugee in Spain. After expiry of the period of regulation, it returned to the the Jura, territory which had meanwhile reached the row of Swiss twenty-third Canton but always and still resides in Spain and carries on activities of painter.
In 1984, the actions of the FLJ begin again more sporadiquemant until 1993, date on which a young militant, Christophe Bader, explode with his bomb whereas it was going to deposit it in the downtown area of Bern.
