Fabulous Trobadors

Fabulous Trobadors is a group of Musique Toulouse, attached to the Quartier Arnaud Bernard and founded in 1987, having developed a particular style based on the Folklore Occitan and the rates/rhythms of Nordeste of Brazil.

Claude Sicre composes the texts and " rappe" , while Angel B. (Jean-Marc Enjalbert at the city) grater also and plays the Human B-Box by producing many sounds with the only means of its mouth (happy, scratchs, trumpet, guitar, etc). The texts of some their songs are written in Occitan. They are excessively worked with like constants the political commitment (personal denunciation of many policies), of the pearls of expression, and especially humor, the pun, and the pun permanent. During their Concert S, a good part is in Improvisation, in the form of verbal tournaments or duels of tchaches , straight resulting from the " Tençon " trobadors occitans. The spectacle is also in the room, since many folk dances proceed there.

Fabulous Trobadors are also engaged in associative movements and of citizen participation. Thus they preach in their songs the defense of the cultural identity (in particular occitane), the Décentralisation, the fight against a keen Libéralisme, and call their wishes a GRQM - a Great Revolution of the Districts of the World - within the Ligne Imaginot, where the words solidarity and respect would take again a direction.
