Fabio Maniscalco (born with Naples in Italy) is professor d' Histoire and protection of the architectural and cultural heritage to the Université of Naples and President of the Scientific committee of the Institute for the Research, the Development and the Formation in the Mediterranean ( I.S.Fo.R.M. , for Istituto per lo Sviluppo, Formazione E Ricerca nel Mediterraneo ). It is also Professor d' Honneur of the Academy of Science of Albania.

Biography

It founds, in 1997, the International observatory for the Protection of the Cultural heritage in the areas in crisis , which it directs. It directed much projects and activities (of protection of the cultural heritage) in Bosnia-Herzégovine, Albania, Kosovo, Palestine, Algérie, Nigeria, Afghanistan.

Maniscalco is director of the monographic collection Mediterraneum. Protection and valorization of the cultural heritage (University of Naples " Orientale"). He is also director of the scientific newspaper Web Newspaper one Farming Patrimony and deputy manager of the monographic collection Studi di Storia E Topografia sulla Campania Romana .

In 1997, Fabio Maniscalco was candidate with the Nobel Prize of peace.
