F Zheng
To advise Liu EIB. It left its native area and joined Liu Zhang to serve it as Colonel-Consultant from the Army. As Liu Zhang did not pay attention to its proposals, Fa Zheng was largely discouraged from not being able to be with the height of its ambitions. In year 211, on the recommendation of his friend Zhang Song, it was sent by Liu Zhang in the province of Jing to conclude an alliance with Liu EIB. Consequently, it started to plan with Zhang Song and Meng Da in order to give the province of Yi between the hands of Liu EIB. It even tried to make approve the assassination of Liu Zhang in Liu EIB, but this last rejected the idea.
By its knowledge on the topography of the area, it was extremely useful when Liu EIB left to the conquest the province Yi and wrote a letter in which it was urgent Liu Zhang to go. In year 214, Liu Zhang gave up the fight and yielded its grounds to Liu EIB and Fa Zheng was named Grand Administrator of the district of Shu. Although Fa Zheng was recognized to manage in a way severe and aggressive, he advised with Zhuge Liang to reduce the criminal laws, which was refused.
A little later, it proposed an attack on Hanzhong and by its stratagems, it helped Huang Zhong to overcome Xiahou Yuan at the time of the Battle of the Dingjun mountain. It thus made it possible Liu EIB to take possession of Hanzhong. In year 219, with Zhuge Liang, he asked Liu EIB to assume the title of emperor. This last declined the honor but ends up accepting the title of king de Hanzhong and consequently Fa Zheng was named executive secretary. It convainquit Liu EIB to thereafter take for wife the young sister of Wu Yi. Lastly, in year 220, after the forces of CAD CAD were completely pushed back of Hanzhong, Fa Zheng died at age the 45 years and Liu EIB cried it during days.
