FTTLA is the Acronyme term English Fiber To The Last Amplifier , literally meaning in French “ fiber to the last amplifier ”. The cable network which can use several amplifier, the FTTLA aims at replacing the coaxial cable to the last amplifier (towards the subscriber) by fiberoptic. It is about the name of a technology aiming at re-using the cable network existing in particular on the final part by installing Fiberoptic more close of the Abonné while using the coaxial cable to the cable networks for the last meters until the subscriber.
