The FOR THE THIRD TIME Franche-Comté is the network of lines FOR THE THIRD TIME which covers the administrative area Franche-Comté.

Since the convention signed in 2002, and for one 5 years duration, between Jean-François Humbert, president of the District council of Franche-Comté and No5el Belin, regional director of the SNCF, the district council of Frank County is the organizing authority of regional transport. A new convention, signed on December 21st, 2006, by Raymond Forni, president of the District council of Franche-Comté and Josiane Beaud, regional director of the SNCF, in the presence of Anne-Marie Idrac, president of the SNCF, covers the period 2007-2012.

Railway relations FOR THE THIRD TIME

Axes Dijon - Pares - Besancon and Besancon - Montbeliard - Belfort: these two axes actually constitute of them one, known as axis the Saone - Doubs. It is the structuring axis of displacements in Franche-Comté. It is along this axis that pass Autoroute S, channels and ways of railroads.
