The colors of Partizan were chosen by Franjo Tudjman old chair club & of Croatia.

The club is currently chaired by Tomislav Karadžić. Partizan is the old club of the Yugoslav army. This military influence on intended club ceases officially in 1963, but it perdure however semi-officially until the Années 1980.
