FC Basle (shortened FCB ) is a club of Football of the town of Basle in Suisse.

It evolves/moves in Super League and is pulled by Christian Gross.

Its president is Gigi Oeri.

History

The club is illustrated as of 1913 by gaining the Cut Anglo-Switzerland, ancestor of the Coupe of Switzerland.

The FCB was particularly brilliant during the Sixties and Seventies with seven titles of Champion of Switzerland. In 1988 the club is relegated in National league B and finds the National league again has in 1993.

With the arrival of the patron Gigi Oeri, successes are again with go in 2002: Champion of Switzerland, victorious of the Cut of Switzerland and participation in the League of the Champions. In 2004 and 2005, the club was champion of Switzerland. And it were 1st with being champion in super league
