Féricy
Féricy is a common French, located in the department of Seine-et-Marne and the area Île-de-France.

Geography
The territory of the commune is crossed by the Javot Valley, and includes/understands in the North-West part of the national forest of Barbel, which also covers the Wood of Saint-Denis. In the East, the plain, agricultural, separates Féricy de Machault. The commune of Féricy is crossed by the secondary roads 110,107 and 227.
Localities and variations
The village is divided into two principal localities: Ferland in the South and Montceau in North. The hamlet of the Ory Fountain, downwards in the north of the plain, depends on the commune of Féricy.

Religious heritage
- Holy-Osmane Church. The relics of holy Osmane, owner of the village, were deposited there. It became an important place of pilgrimage, because of the proximity of the Court of Fontainebleau. The queens Marie-Therese of Austria and Anne of Austria requested there at the 17th century. Church with the collation of the abbot of Saint-Denis. The building comprises a nave of 3 spans (13th), a transept, a chorus with flat bedside, a gate of 18th, gate vault (given by Anne of Austria) and retable decorated with low-reliefs, swimming pool of 15th, Vierge to stone the Child painted of the 15th, relics of holy Osmane, martyrdom of popular art of 15th, curious and very old stoup.
