Fédor II
Fédor II Borissovitch Godounov or Fiodor II Borissovitch Godounov (in Russian: Фёдор II Бори́совичГодунов) (born in 1589 with Moscow - deceased the June 20th 1605]] with Moscow), tsar of Russia from April 23rd to June 11th, 1605. It succeeded his father, Boris Godounov, at the 16 years age. Little time before its death, his/her father had indicated it as Co-regent, so that the succession with the throne was carried out without difficulty.
Although he physically robust and was well educated, the Boyard S, which supported the authority of his/her father, refused to carry allegiance to him: the general dissatisfaction which had appeared against Boris Godounov deferred against his/her son, who profited only from the family support. To control, Fédor bases its support on one of the most popular Russian aristocrats, Piotr Basmanov; this one persuades its troops to lend oath to Fédor, while letting warp a plot against Fédor.
A few days later, Basmanov joins with Grégori Otrepiev, which claim to be the tsarévitch Dimitri, the last wire of Ivan IV the Terrible one.
June 10th 1605, a group of boyards takes the control of Moscow. Fédor II and its mother, Maliouta, were assassinated by strangulation little time afterwards.
