Eysteinn Valdason
Eystein Valdason is a Scalde Icelandic of the 10th century. Of its work, only three half-stanzas of a poem survive on Thor. Preserved in the Skáldskaparmál of Snorri Sturluson (4) , they evoke the forwarding of fishing of Thor in company of the giant Hymir, where the god tried to kill Jörmungand.
