Eyelet of France

The eyelet of France ( Dianthus hyssopifolius subsp. gallicus ) still called eyelet of the dunes is a herbaceous Plante long-lived of the family of the Caryophyllacées.

Description

It is a rather low plant, in loose tufts, with sheets green-grisâtre, pink or mauve flowers, toothed petals. It is a plant very close to the eyelet of Montpellier, another subspecies of Dianthus hyssopifolius .
