Eyüp
Eyüp is a district of Istanbul located close to the Corne of Gold.
At the origin of the city, it was a village located apart from the old ramparts of Théodose II.
It has a famous Mosquée: Eyüp Camii Sultan. It is a place, still nowadays, very venerated by the Muslim world.
Pierre Loti resided in it at the time of one of its many stays in Istanbul.
