Experimental cinema
The experimental cinema is a Art being located some share between Visual arts and traditional Cinéma.
It is an art in Marge of industry and commercial system. Often aesthetically out-standard, it does not obey predefined rules.
As for any discipline its Définition can be prone to discussion. Many terms were used besides to indicate whole or part of the experimental cinema .
The experimental cinema has currents and schools. One can quote for example the Cinéma underground, the structural Cinéma, the school of the body, or research of the Oucipo on the potential cinematography .
The history of the experimental cinema starts with the Précinéma, and runs until today, thus constituting a whole piece beside the cinema. This parallel cinema, this second cinema , still rather little known, was since its scission of with the commercial Cinéma and industrialist, about the Thirties, almost completely absent from the official stories of the cinema. It is paradoxically only with arrival of Numerical, in years 2000, that the experimental cinema arises finally from the shade, grace in particular to new technologies of posting and realization on line which allow a collaboration extended with other disciplines, initially, the music and the dance.
