Exmouth (2 400 inhabitants in winter, 6.000 inhabitants in summer) is a town of Western Australia, with the point of the Cape of the North-West. It is located at 1270  kilometers in the north of Perth, the capital of the State, and 3366  kilometers in the south-west of Darwin.

Exmouth was founded in 1967 simultaneously with the creation of a base of communication Très low frequency.
