Eurytanie

The Eurytanie or Évrytanie (in Greek Ευρυτανία , Evritanía ) is a names periphery of the Greece-Power station. Its capital is Karpenisi, town of roughly: 8200 inhabitants.

This was created in 1947 starting from the Étolie-Acarnanie names. It is entirely covered with mountains, of which the Tymfristos and the Panaitoliko and of rivers of which the Achéloos in the west, Agrafioti in the east and Megdova which throws in the Ionian Mer. It is one of name the least populated Greece and it is one of only which use only one telephone prefix.

It is surrounded of name of Étolie-Acarnanie, Karditsa in north and the Phthiotide in the east.

Eurytanie also offers a famous ski station, close to Karpenisi on the mountain Tymfristos.
