Europole TV
Europole TV is the name carried during 10 years by the local drafting of France 3 in the metropolis inhabitant of Lille. Its nickname running was Europole , name which took a few years after a district of businesses of Grenoble.
Diffusion
Europole TV was diffused since the transmitter of Lille-Bouvigny, in the Pas-de-Calais, on the allocated channel 24 with FR 3. The current local edition is diffused under the same conditions, like on the terrestrial numerical transmitter of Lille-Lambersart, channel 36, with the foot of Lille.
History
Europole TV was created in 1990 and was the 1e local edition of the public channel FR3. It is in its first years that Europole was made known near the children and their parents with his popular sequence " Exit very classe" who consisted of a microphone-pavement in the colleges of the sector.
During the birth to the antenna of France Television, the September 7th 1992, Europole TV kept its name but lost its own preparing. The drafting became France 3 Europole in 1996 or 1997. In 1999, the drafting still changed name to mark the metropolis inhabitant of Lille distinctly. The new name however was put at the antenna only on January 1st, 2000: France 3 Lille Metropolis .
