Europig
Europig is a company of the Groupe CECAB. It is a slaughter-house of pig located at Josselin in the Morbihan.
History

1968 : The CECAB and its 340 stockbreeders represent a livestock of 2000 Truies.
- 1974: The Sovimor, company of demolition and marketing of pigs is created.
- 1980: The activities of demolition are transferred in a new Europagro slaughter-house located at Josselin (56) and built in partnership with several co-operatives.
- 1990: New transfer, towards the Olympig slaughter-house always in Josselin, which becomes consequently one of the first sites of demolition of pigs in Europe.
- 1995: CECAB takes the control of Olympig.
- 2001: It is with the turn of the group Aubret-Cedro as of repurchased by the CECAB.
- 2004: The International Olympic committee requires that Olympig be débaptisé, the slaughter-house takes the name of Europig.
- 2007: CECAB announces its bringing together with the company Louis GAD.
