European night of the bat
The European Nuit of the bat (“European Beats English Night”) is the name of an annual event, popularization and communication, organized by Spéléologue S and ecologist S Europeans.
The purpose of this demonstration is to draw the attention of the general public to this animal population subjected to threats which weigh on its survival in the long term. This demonstration which traditionally takes place at the time one weekend of end of summer, attracts world more and more, in family, distributed on nmbreux sites of observation in Europe.
The most attended places of observation are generally in Great Britain, France, Germany. In Hungary, Belgium and Poland the popularity of this demonstration increases.
According to the organizers, the contents of the demonstration take different forms: Exposure S, workshops of observation, detection,…
The children particularly adore these activities, which remain very original for laplupart participants. A particular confraternel spirit is created at the time of these activities.
