European institute of technology
The European Institut of technology (IET or English EIT) is chaired by its royal highness, the princess Edwige Vincent de Bourbon and Dr. Bahram Faraghi Daryan. The the European Parliament the 26.09.2007 definitively adopted the statutes governing the IET N° P6_TA (2007) 0409. It must allow integration between higher education, research and the innovation and become a symbol for integrated European space.
The IET by the establishment of the the Communities of Knowledge and the Innovation (CCI-IET) or in English Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC-IET) in all the areas of Europe and with the 179 States signatories of the program World Human Facilities WHF, makes it possible the populations to be in permanent contact and to immediately note the effects of known as program WHF. Already, the towns of Wrocław, Strasbourg, Lyon, Sofia Budapest and the States like the Congo, Burundi, Libya, the Kashmir, signed conventions between the governments and the IET. currently the other areas and States finalize the centers of establishments, so that the researchers and the students can as of on January 1st, 2008 capable being work of total mobility and independence. The members of the IET profit from the international diplomatic immunity according to the Convention of Vienna. Moreover, the IET by its article 7 is “independent of the nations and all pressures”. The European commission has only one role of observer. The IET is a flexible structure of more than 7 million researchers of share the world. The IET will have as of the 1.01.2008 of an important financial independence and its own budget: 380 000 000 euros and estimated a 2009-2013 of more than 2 400 000 000 euros. The IET obtained according to its statutes " The Foundation of IET" whose president is Mr. Jacques Chirac and the vice-president Mr. Robert Caudie The IET is controlled for its budget every year by the European Court of Auditors
