Euronantes

Euronantes is a whole under development with Nantes. Y will be present residences, trade, top-of-the-range hotel and economic activities with at the head of prow Euronantes, a business district of European size. It will consist of two " parties": district Parks and Tripode district gathering with them two more than 200.000 square meters of offices within ten years with the creation of 10.000 jobs. Since 2007, work will follow one another it the rate of 20.000 square meters of tertiary surfaces per annum! The posted objective is to constitute a district of business of international level on the Atlantic facade.

District Parks

The creation of Euronantes also takes charges with it requalification known Stade Marcel Saupin. Three of the four platforms will be demolished and will leave room to the first IEA of France (Institute of the Advanced Studies), international research center in social sciences and also socialesmais residences and hotel trade. This first part of the Euronantes district itself is divided into two phases:

Phase 1: 20.600 square meters of offices plus 400 residences. (delivery envisaged at the end of 2008)
Phase 2: 100.000 square meters of offices plus 600 residences. (delivery envisaged in 2011)

Tripod district

This level, the district business will be built on the site of the old seat of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the Tripod, demolishes by implosion because asbestos-covered. The first phase of this project will include/understand 57.000 square meters divided between the offices, the residences, the hotels and the trade. The first deliveries are envisaged in 2009.
