Euromanx

Euromanx (Code ICAO: EMX; Code AITA: 3W; Call sign: Euromanx) is a British Airline company based with the Aéroport of Ronaldsway on the island of Man. It is currently the principal airline company of the island.

History

The company is founded by Allan Keen, which was then director of the base Woodgate Aviation of the island of Man, the August 7th 2002. It begins its operations the August 19th from the same year. Euromanx flew initially thanks to apparatus in Leasing including Beechcraft 1900 and ATR 42 coming from Rossair, then Fokker F50 of Denim Air.

In September 2004, Corporate Jet Services invested in Euromanx with an aim of reinforcing its position on the island of Man and introduced its clean apparatus in 2005. These apparatuses was 2 Avro RJ70 (registered EI-CPJ and EI-CPK), 2 Dornier 328 (registered D-CMTM and D-CPRW), 1 Dash 8 -201 (OE-HBB) and 1 Dash 8-301 (OE-HBC). Following this investment, Warren Seymour becomes director of the company.

In October 2005, Euromanx restructures its flights and puts an end to all its international destinations except Dublin. It thus stops the connections towards Bristol, Southampton, Glasgow and London-Stansted.

In February 2006, Euromanx knows a news Restructuration and firm its connection with Dublin. It also separates from its Dornier 328 and its Avro RJ70. The operations henceforth continue with the 2 Dash 8 remainder.

It is today John Seymour which is director of the company.
