Euralis
Euralis is the first co-operative group Agro-alimentaire of the south-west of the France. It employs 3000 employees. Its seat is located at Lescar (Yrénées-Atlantiques).
History
- 1936 : some producers of the basin of Adour gather together to market their corn.
- 1950: part of the producers turn to corn.
- 1977: opening of the first stores " The House of Paysan".
- 1991: beginning of activity in the vine.
- 1994: beginning of activity in the poultry.
- 1995: beginning of activity in the foie gras.
Trades
The Euralis group is one of the first fifteen French companies of the agro-alimentary one. Euralis is it:- 1st French producer of Foie gras
- 1st European operator on the market of the Corn
- 5th Seed-bearer European in Oleaginous Corn and
- 1st collector of Vegetable S processed of the South-west of France
- 1st supplier of the Vineyard S of Bordeaux and bergeracois
