Eugene Julien
Eugene - Louis-Ernest Julien , born with Canville-the-Two-Churches the January 16th 1856 and died in Arras the March 14th 1930, is a French bishop.
It is ordered priest in 1881 and is named bishop of Arras in 1917. Known under the name of “bishop of the rebuilding”, it makes build or rebuild many churches in the mining communities of the north of France for the period of the Entre-deux-guerres. He is elected member of the Academy of Science morals and political in 1925.
