Eugene Courmeaux
Philippe Eugene Pierre Courmeaux , born with Rheims, street of Vesle, the February 15th 1817, deceased with Rheims, 1, rue Clovis, the November 22nd 1902, is a appointed French of the Third Republic.
Eugene Courmeaux was Bibliothécaire of the town of Rheims of 1843 with 1848 and of 1887 with 1895. Enthusiastic republican, it organized democratic resistance to the government, which was worth to him put at foot and exile of 1850 with 1867.
