Eugen Dücker
Eugen Dücker or Eugene Gustav Dücker was a painter romanticist germano - Estonian.
He was born with Kuressaare, the January 29th 1841 for the Calendrier Julien (February 10th 1841 for the Gregorian Calendrier) and died the December 6th 1916 with Düsseldorf, where he had made most of his artistic career.
