Etienne Ier de Penthièvre
Etienne Ier de Penthièvre count of Trégor and Guingamp, lord of Goëlo, then Count de Penthièvre (1093 - 1137).
Born about 1055, wire junior by Éon Ier de Penthièvre and by Agnes of Cornwall it gathers by the play of the heritages the whole of the controls fields by its family.
Count of Trégor and lord of Goëlo in 1079 with died of his father, he becomes count of Guingamp by his marriage with the Havoise heiress of Guingamp. In 1093, he becomes count de Penthièvre with dead of his/her older brother Geoffroy Ier de Penthièvre and inherits the honor of Richmond , after the disappearance of Alain II the Black his other brother.
With its death the April 21st 1137, its fields are divided between its fils :

Geoffroy II count de Penthièvre ;
- Alain III the Black († 1146), Count de Richmond and of Guingamp, father of the duke Conan IV of Brittany ;
- Henri Ier d' Avaugour, count of Trégor and lord of Goëlo ;
- Agnorie (1105-1167) wife in 1120 of Olivier II of Dinan ;
- Olive marries of Henri de Fougères.
