Ethan Kapstein is professor with the pulpit Paul Dubrule with INSEAD, for the Sustainable development, and Visiting Fellow with the French Institut of the international relations. He was professor of international relations to the Université of Minnesota, Vice-président of Council one Foreign Relations and principal administrator with OECD, and executive director of the program economy and national security with the Université of Harvard. International banker, specialist in the international economic relations, it publishes in political and professional newspapers and collaborates regularly in International Herald Tribune and the Los Angeles Times. He is since 2004 member of the think tank the Fondation for the political innovation. He is the author of ten works, of which Sharing the Wealth: Workers and the World Economy. He was consulting near many organizations of the public sector and deprived of which the the World Bank and OECD.
