Henri Plagnol (born the February 11th 1961 in Paris), is a Politician French.

Biography

Graduate of the national university and the national school of administration in 1987, he is civil servant of the Council of State

In 1989, it is elected at the municipal council of Saint-Maur-of-Ditches on the list of the mayor Jean-Louis Beaumont for which he will be the substitute at the National Assembly in 1993. After having been city council man with Creteil between 1995 and 1999, it becomes again city council man with Saint-Maur-of-Ditches in 2001. During the same time, he is elected at the general advice of the the Valley-of-Marne for the Canton of Créteil-North (of 1999 with 2001), then for the Canton of Saint-Maur-of-Ditch-Center in 2004.
He was elected appointed UDF in 1997, in the First district of the Valley-of-Marne. He is re-elected in 2002, under the label UMP. He represents in 2007 under this same label and finds his seat.

He was member of the Second government of Jean-Pierre Raffarin as Secretary of State to the Reform of the State, near the Minister for the Public office, the Reform of the State and Town and country planning, Jean-Paul Delevoye.

He has work in favor of a development plan of the Toile in the French Administration, and in the Territorial collectivities, called ADELE.

Lastly, he teaches international geopolitics within Master 2 Businesses International of the University Paris Dauphine. Rare fact in its career of high-civil servant, whereas it was to advise of State in charge of the cultural affairs in 1993, it was Double agent of DST for désinformer the CIA on the French positions during the negotiations of GATT.

In June 2007 he is re-elected appointed vis-a-vis the journalist Jean-Marie Cavada (Modem) with 54,23% of the votes.
