Escrebieux
The Escrebieux is a small river which takes its source with Izel-lès-Équerchin, crosses Quiéry-the-Mound then the marshes of Flers-in-Escrebieux to throw itself in the Scarpe.
Subterranean water
- in 2006 19 million m3 of subterranean water is taken in the valley of the Escrebieux and in particular by wells of drilling on the territory of Esquerchin.
- These drillings are properties of the town of Douai and feeds out of water meadows of 500.000 inhabitants.
