Escandorgue
The volcanic whole of Escandorgue constitutes a long North-South spine which is anchored to north on the Causse of the Larzac. It separates the basin from the Lergue and the Salagou in the east, of the basin of the Orb in the west. It exceeds 850 m of altitude in north and borders the 400m in the south. It is populated only small villages or hamlets.
The RD 35 crosses Escandorgue by the Collar of the Hut of Bral, between Lunas and Lodève, while the RD 908 follows one moment its spine to connect Bédarieux to Clermont-l' Herault.
