Ernst Gottfried Fischer (July 17th 1756 - January 27th 1831)

He was professor with Iéna, Dortmund, Greifswald, and is author of excellent works on mathematics and of Elements of physics (Iéna, 1797), French transl. by Jean-Baptiste Biot.
