Ernest Grosselin
Ernest Grosselin , born the February 22nd 1869 with Geneva and deceased the February 2nd 1955 with Versoix, is a politician Suisse member of the radical-democratic Parti.
Biography
Wire of Jacques Grosselin, mayor of Carouge and appointed radical, he teaches the Mathématiques with the federal Polytechnic school of Zurich (EPFZ) after having obtained licenses is Natural science and is mathematical in Geneva and the EPFZ.As of 1896, it becomes officer instructor of Artillerie to the Garnison of Saint-Maurice where it makes all his career until the rank of colonel. It will become Divisionnaire and ordering the first division (1923 - 1931). Thereafter, it is elected to advise of State Genevese between 1931 and 1933.
As of 1939, he becomes military chronicler of the Journal of Geneva then, as of 1943, of the Magazine . He is also the author of many publications touching with artillery and the Histoire. He chairs the Union of mobilized 1914 1918, the alpine Club of Geneva and the Swiss Meetings (civil service of information) which he created (1945 - 1954).
