Erik Arnoux

Erik Arnoux , born the August 5th 1956 with Nancy, is an author, draftsman and scenario writer of cartoons French.

After four years studies with the University of graphic art of Paris (ESAG), it begins its professional path since 1977 at the 21 years age in monthly magazine from mechanical sports in data base " Full Pot" , in company of Christian Debarre (Bar2), Christian Rossi and Brice Goepfert… The small band of beginners is quickly located by Henri Filippini who supervises them by far critical and benevolent eye… Devenu a kind “draftsman-to defer “, Erik is implied in the newspaper of which it will be a time associated editor association, putting at it in images the Grands Prix Motor bike of “Continental Circus “on which it will go to many recoveries lasting two complete seasons (1978-1979).

In 1992, it creates in solo Sophaletta in the collection of prestige " Caractère" at Glénat, of which it carries out only the first three volumes, before entrusting the drawing of it to Dominique He for a new cycle starting from volume 4 (9 published volumes).

In 1998, he writes a contemporary thriller Celadon Run for the police collection " Noire" bubble; (4 published volumes, finished series) then lance Witness 4 , (3 published volumes, joined together in a box) a series of anticipation drawn by the resident of Grenoble Chrys Millien, for " Productions" sun;.

In parallel, it takes again for five albums at the request of Kraëhn the scenario of the moyenâgeuse series of the " Décapitées" eagles; drawn by Michel Pierret as from the volume 14 (5 volumes) then becomes consulting national data base for the Savings bank, partner historical of the Festival of Angouleme.

the Last Fairy of the country of Arvor follows, in 2002, history of héroïc-fantasy means-âgeuse appeared at Glénat (3 volumes published in the Grafica collection, finished series), drawn by Jean-Marie Michaud.

Recent signature for exit as from 2007 of Ava Dream (scenario) with Alain Queireix with the drawing (thriller) for the 3rd Vagueness Lombard…
