Erich Maas

Erich Maas is old international of Football German, born with Prum the December 24th 1940, then naturalized French in 1973. It evolved/moved at the left station of winger. Married in 1964 in Gabriela Hollender, it was formed as pastrycook before becoming professional footballer.

Biography

Selected with three resumptions in team of Germany between 1968 and 1970, champion of Germany with the Eintracht Braunschweig in 1967, it will not be retained for the World cup 1970.

It leaves the Bundesliga at 30 years, after having disputed only six meetings with the Bayern of Munich, to join the FC Nantes during the season 1970-71.

Maas registers 16 goals for Nantes at the time of the season 1971-1972, and will be champion of France with the FCN at the conclusion of the following season.

After an end of a career with FC Rouen and the Paris FC, Erich Maas will continue a career amateur in the Moselle, with CS Stiring-Wendel (57) in the 3rd French division initially, then as trainer-player of the FC Sarrebourg (57) in Division of Honor.
