Eric Singer

Eric Doyle Singer was born the May 12th 1958 with Cleveland (Ohio), the United States. Beater of reputation, it is in particular known to have integrated twice the group of hard rock KIS, replacing Eric Carr successively, then Peter Criss. Beginnings

Eric begins the battery at the ten years age, and begins his professional path in 1984 by accompanying Lita Ford. He plays thereafter for Black Sabbath, Badlands, Gary Moore or Alice Cooper. In 1989, it takes share with the round solo of Paul Stanley, which will support its integration of the group KIS later a few years.

The years " Kiss"

Following the death of Eric Carr in 1991, then beater of the group KIS, Eric Singer are called in replacement behind the barrels for the recording of the album Revenge (1992). Round which follows will be drawn live the Alive III (1993).

In 1996, KIS turns with its repertory completely altered in acoustics, making take part on several dates two of the original members of the formation, of which Peter Criss, the first beater of the formation which had left the group with beginning of the year 80. Its appearances in " guest" start its return, with the Reunion Tower , with the detriment of Eric Singer.

2003, Peter Criss leaves once again KIS, leaving the free field to Eric Singer who recovers his place, and inherits in same time the famous make-up the " Chat" , following the repurchase of the rights by Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons, the two fixed members of the formation.
