The Erevan United FC is a club Arménie N of Football based with Erevan.
Presentation
The idea of Erevan United FC was born in 2001 in the head from a Armenian from Sydney, Tigran Hovivian. However, at the time of a voyage in Arménie with the beginning of the year 2004, it realizes that Armenian football has gaps compared to the other European clubs: no the shops, nor of derivative products, no fan-club, not of mascot, etc While turning over in Australia, its spirit of contractor gives him desire for taking up the challenge. Three months later, a team is assembled and the drive starts in December 2004.The club plays the seasons 2005 and 2006 but withdraws in 2007 for financial reasons. In spite of a commercial real success, the required funds with operation are absent and no date of return is still envisaged.
