Eremurus (Érémurus) or lily of the steppes is a hardy perennial with fleshy root of the family of the liliaceous ones. The plant originating in Asia and is flowered in May and June. To have a beautiful flowering, it is necessary to avoid unearthing the roots. The floral stems can reach up to 3 meters in height. The sheets are null and void and start to be desiccated at the beginning of flowering.
