Ercheu is a common French, located in the department of the Somme and the area Picardy.
Geography
The ground of the commune generally belongs to the formations of the tertiary era. The greatest part is consisted the argillaceous layers or silt. It is made of alluvium in the part skirting the course of the city and in the valley of Small-Ingon.

The Hamlet of Lannoy, on the road of Esmery-Halon on the level of the Channel of North, where Mr. and Mrs. Pierre de Witasse-Thézy live, Mrs. Chantal de Witasse-Thézy like Vincent and Christine Boudoux d' Hautefeuille and their 8 children is attached to him.
