Equitable creation

The recent concept of equitable Création indicates a work of the spirit whose not only Composition but also the economy is in conformity with the values that the mediums altermondialists lend to the principle Copyleft.

More precisely, one can define it by a certain number of freedoms and obligations. An equitable creation gives the following rights:

right to use creation for any type of use, but also to obtain a free copy from it;
right to study creation and to reach its composition, but also to analyze its economy and to have all its countable data;
right to modify creation, but also to take part in the management of its economy;
right to redistribute creation, but also to market it.

With these rights are matched the following duties:

the duty to transmit the same rights to the recipients of distributed or sold creation;
the duty to allow any person contributing to the composition or the saving in a creation to take part democratically in the collective choices relating to the composition or the saving in this creation.

For the promoters of the concept, the concept of creation equitable can be regarded as an extension of that of Contenu free. However, the requirement of " democratic management of a projet" , imposes restrictions on freedoms of creation of derived work or commercial distribution which is incompatible with the concept of contents free defined by the Fondation for the free software. It is thus before a a whole license of open Publication.
