Equestrian excursion

The equestrian excursion is an activity of leisure which makes it possible to discover the areas by traversing long distances to Cheval. It is thus about an activity in relation to the horsemanship. The other terms devoted are horsemanship of outside or horsemanship of full nature .

General information

Equestrian tourism can be also practiced in attachment, in areas with the adapted relief.

Equestrian tourism has several advantages:

In France

The development of this activity, everywhere in France, made it possible to develop an important network of ways adapted to the equestrian Randonnée. Certain departments, and even an area - Brittany, have these networks organized with adapted routes and lodgings. There exist 3.000 equestrian farms divided everywhere into France, which allows varied destinations: at the seaside, in forest, with the mountain, etc It is even possible to carry out transborder excursions in altitude between France and Spain in the the Pyrenees proposed by the transpyrenean equestrian guides.
