Programs of Initiatives Community “Equal”

The programs of Initiatives Community “ Equal ” are a typology of project cofinanced by the Funds of a company European. Equal belongs to the strategy of the European Union of Employment. It constitutes a laboratory to develop new means of fighting against the Discrimination and the inequalities on the job market.

Principles and architectures

  • the responsibilisation: to share the responsibility for the project between actor “to break” the model of management pyramidal and to support the partnerships.
  • transnational co-operation: each Equal project is partner of one or more other Equal projects in other Convention countries.
  • integration in the policies: The actors of the Equal projects must be promoters of their results to promote them near the policies.
  • the innovation: the contents developed within the Equal projects must present an innovation compared to the local state of the art
  • an approach set of themes: the Equal projects can approach many different topics.

  • Phase 1 - > design and preparation of the project - > 2004/05
  • Phase 2 - > Experimentation and transnational co-operation - > 2005/07
  • Phase 3 - > Diffusion and utilization of the results - > 2008
