Ensaimada de Mallorca
The Ensaimada de Mallorca is a food with paste sweetened, fermented and cooked with the furnace, worked out with flour, water, sugar, eggs, leaven and lard ( saïm , from where the name of the dish). It is a dessert traditional and emblematic of the island, since for a very long time it is worked out and consumed with Majorque.
