Enoxaparine
The enoxaparine is a Anticoagulant resulting from the Mucus of intestine of Cochon, natural molecule and currently one of antithrombotic is used (under trade name Lovenox.
It is marketed at the base by Rhône-Poulenc then by Aventis (result of fusion Hoechst-HMR and Rhône-Poulenc) and today property of Sanofi-Aventis.
This molecule is a HBPM, Héparine with low molecular weight with very little side effect but which is very powerful all the same. This product is not pain-killer, it is mortal if posology is not carried out by a doctor of medicine.
