Engineering of formation

One understands by Ingénierie of formation a whole of methodical and coherent steps which are implemented in the design of activities or training devices in order to effectively achieve the pursued goal. More explicitly, the engineering of formation includes/understands the methods and practices of the analysis of the request and the needs for formation; design of a project of formation; the definition of the methods and means to implement; the coordination and the follow-up of the formation; the evaluation of the formation as well as the modes of validation considered.

The engineering of formation is to be distinguished from L teaching Ingénierie which returns more concretely to the design, the realization or the adaptation of methods or teaching means. This engineering concerns the trainers and teachers particularly.
